Cost Estimator - Datacenter H/F - Digital Realty

About the Role

Are you a construction cost estimator with a passion for precision and a drive to make a real impact? Join one of the world's leading and most innovative data center providers.

As a Cost Estimator within our Global Delivery Management (GDM) team, you will play a critical role in delivering data center projects across Digital Realty's EMEA portfolio. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Sales Engineering, Design & Construction, Operations, Sales, and Finance-to ensure accurate cost planning and value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead cost estimating efforts for data center projects across the EMEA region
- Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates and project budgets
- Build and continuously enhance a comprehensive cost database tailored to EMEA markets
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support value engineering and cost optimization

Your Profile

- Experience in construction cost estimating, general contracting, or electrical contracting (preferred)
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, one-line diagrams, and specifications
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with MS Project, Word, and Access
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Fluency in both French and English
